We serviced a ground source heat pump this morning as the customer was concerned with the operation of their system. An overall in-depth inspection was carried out and we checked over everything, including:
All electrical connections 
Refrigeration circuit Water strainers Water pumps Sensor calibration Glycol levels Glycol concentration
We found the system required a sensor kit. We will get that sorted
